CJCH Solicitors in Cardiff seeks a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3-5 years PQE to join our growing Welsh team. You will handle a varied caseload and develop client relationships while working with experienced department members.

You will gain exposure to acquisitions, leases, landlord and tenant matters, development, investment, finance and title work, while contributing to the department’s growth.

Qualificações

• Qualified in England and Wales with 3-5 years PQE in commercial property.
• Experience handling a broad range of commercial property transactions.
• Strong understanding of leases and freehold transactions.
• Commercially minded with practical, client-focused advice.
• Confident dealing directly with clients and advisers.

Responsabilidades

• Handle acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial leases and related documents.
• Manage landlord and tenant matters including renewals and assignments.
• Work on property development and investment transactions.
• Deal with property finance, security, and title matters.
• Develop own client relationships and contribute to team growth.
