Job summary

TSR Legal is representing a well-regarded Welsh law firm in Cardiff seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the expanding department. The role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial property matters and a supportive, high-calibre team in a city renowned for its legal sector.

You will handle landlord and tenant work, lease renewals, negotiations, acquisitions and disposals, contributing to a high standard of client service.

TSR Legal has recently been instructed by a well-regarded Welsh law firm who are currently looking to add an additional Commercial Property Solicitor to join the expanding Commercial Property department based in Cardiff.

Our client’s Commercial Property department is renowned for its high level of advice and service, having extensive experience with a broad range of Commercial Property matters, including landlord and tenant, lease renewals, lease negotiations, acquisitions, and disposals of leaseholder properties, as well as property portfolio management.
