Job summary

Franco Manca is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop a group of restaurants across South England. You’ll coach Restaurant Managers, drive operational excellence and improve guest experience, profitability and people outcomes.

The role is hybrid/field-based, full-time, with a focus on hands-on leadership, letting you shape performance across sites while maintaining strong team culture and brand values.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple sites in hospitality or a fast-paced customer-facing business.
• Strong commercial understanding with a track record of boosting performance.
• Passionate about developing Restaurant Managers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a group of restaurants to deliver outstanding operational and commercial performance.
• Coach and develop Restaurant Managers, building confident leaders and strong succession plans.
• Help restaurants improve sales, profitability, labour, stock control and overall business performance.
• Use data, guest feedback and operational insight to identify priorities and drive continuous improvement.
• Support recruitment, retention and engagement across your area, helping build stable, high-performing teams.
• Work closely with the wider support teams to ensure restaurants receive practical guidance and consistent support.
