Job summary

PwC is seeking a Manager to support client-side delivery of capital projects, including construction, fit-out and BAU works. You will coordinate scope, programme, quality, risk, change and stakeholder activities across internal teams, landlords, and contractors.

You will monitor progress, ensure compliance, manage project information and escalation paths, and support approvals and handovers to completion and occupancy.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting client-side delivery of real estate, construction, fit-out or refurbishment projects.
• Understanding of construction procurement, change control, commercial administration and issue resolution.
• Experience managing project programmes, progress reporting, risks and project controls.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings (architectural, mechanical and electrical).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and workstreams from initiation through handover and aftercare.
• Collaborate with internal teams, landlords, developers, contractors and advisers to communicate requirements clearly.
• Monitor scope, programme, quality and commercial commitments; identify risks and changes early.
• Support supplier selection, mobilisation, inspections and handover with robust project controls.
