Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Change Analyst or Readiness Lead within complex transformation programmes.
• Strong business process mapping and requirements gathering expertise.
• Experience coordinating testing and user acceptance activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders across business, IT, architecture and third-party suppliers.
• Capture, analyse and document business requirements.
• Review and map current and future-state business processes.
• Identify gaps, risks and dependencies across programme workstreams.
• Support programme recovery and re-baselining activities.
• Lead and coordinate business readiness planning and delivery.
• Define testing requirements and support UAT activities.
• Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
• Ensure operational teams are prepared for upcoming change and adoption.
• Produce clear, concise programme documentation and reporting.
