Job summary

A multi-award-winning developer in Scotland is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Qualifications

• Essential knowledge of construction methods and industry standards.
• Mid-level QS’s or Assistant QS’s ready to develop skills.
• Experience within a housing developer is beneficial but not essential.

• Prepare reports, tenders, and oversee commercial tasks.
• Maintain budget control and ensure compliance with regulations.
