Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a Quantity Surveying / cost management role.
• Track record of delivering projects from inception to handover.
• Experience with JCT contracts as an Employer's Agent.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Contribute to generating leads and growing the client portfolio.
