Qualifications

• Proven experience in HSES, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control.
• Energy industry background (preferred).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and inspire your team to build a strong Quality and HSE culture.
• Drive QHSES awareness and continuous improvement across all UK bases.
• Conduct internal audits and support regional programs.

Skills

Excellent communication and coaching skills

Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Expertise in root cause analysis and process improvement

Knowledge of Lean tools and risk assessment methodologies

Familiarity with ISO standards and API Q2

Education

Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field

NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification
