Job summary

RSK Group in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a QGIS Engineer to join our Geosciences team on a full-time, hybrid basis. You will work in a small CAD/QGIS team producing high-quality drawings and supporting engineers with timely delivery.

The role welcomes candidates with CAD background; QGIS knowledge is desirable but not essential, with opportunities to learn and develop towards Chartership. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude, good IT skills (Excel/Word/Teams), and strong

Qualifications

• Comprehensive working knowledge of QGIS is required and good general computing skills.
• Familiarity with CAD and Microsoft Office tools is expected.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality drawings in a small CAD/QGIS team for projects.
• Liaise daily with engineers to approve drawings and handle deadlines.
• Some 3D drawing understanding is beneficial for future tasks.
• Deliver work on time and prioritise workload.
