Job summary

Crew Clothing Company in Kingston upon Thames is seeking a QA & Delivery Planner to join a growing internal integration team. You will own testing across three major programmes: ecommerce platform, new warehouse platform, and ERP, ensuring requirements are tested and releases are controlled.

The role runs 4 days in the office and 1 day work-from-home, within a 37.5-hour week as part of a broader technology transformation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a QA, test management or delivery coordination role within a technology programme.
• Experience writing test plans, test cases and acceptance criteria for API or system integrations.
• Comfortable running sprint ceremonies — planning sessions, stand-ups, retrospectives — in an agile or hybrid delivery environment.
• Strong organisational skills — you track everything, chase everything, and nothing falls through the gap.
• Excellent communication skills — you can summarise complex delivery status in plain language for a non-technical audience.
• Experience working on ecommerce, ERP or logistics programmes is a strong advantage.
• A collaborative, methodical approach — you work well with developers, business stakeholders and external partners.
• Familiarity with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration testing plan across all active programmes — defining test cases, acceptance criteria and sign-off processes for each integration
• Lead OMS (Order Management System) UAT — ensure the ecommerce OMS meets all agreed requirements before go-live
• Run the integration team's sprint cadence — plan fortnights, track progress, raise blockers early
• Produce and maintain the delivery plan — keep a clear view of builds, tests and remaining work
• Own the go/no-go recommendation at each integration release milestone — provide a clear quality assessment before go-live
• Manage the integration requirements backlog — keep requirements prioritised and up to date
• Produce clear status reporting for the Programme Lead and IT Director — flag risks and blockers in plain language
• Coordinate with third-party delivery partners on integration testing schedules and shared test environments
