Job summary

Albus Health is seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Manager (part-time hybrid/remote) to lead the quality and compliance functions. You will own the quality management system, drive CAPA activities, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic direction, including reporting to the Head of QARA.

Qualifications

• Significant experience transforming quality management functions and processes.
• Strong KPI development and monitoring in quality/compliance.
• Experience in life sciences, medical devices, or CSV/GAMP5 domains.
• Proven track record leading QA teams in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality and compliance functions of the organisation.
• Own and manage the quality management system.
• Align quality and compliance with strategic company direction.
• Sign off on deliverables per the approval matrix.
• Guide CAPA/NC activities, training tracking and RFx responses.
• Act as Management Representative for Management Review meetings.
