Job summary

Valeo Foods UK is recruiting a Purchase & Sales Ledger Administrator to join our Central Finance Team on a 12 month fixed term contract. The role is hybrid with 3 days on site in Wallingford and 2 days at home, supporting supplier invoices, ledgers and monthly reconciliations.

You will need at least 1 year in a Purchase Ledger role, strong organisational skills and clear communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a Purchase Ledger role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Positive and proactive work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Processing purchase ledger invoices and managing the authorisation process.
• Resolving purchase ledger account queries with suppliers and cost centre owners.
• Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
