Job summary

Valeo Foods UK is seeking a Purchase & Sales Ledger Administrator for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Blackpool. The role is hybrid with 3 days on site and 2 days working from home, supporting the Central Finance Team to process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.

You will handle purchase and sales ledger duties, resolve supplier queries, maintain reconciliation, and assist during audits. The position requires strong organisation and communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a Purchase Ledger role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase ledger invoices and manage the authorisation process.
• Process all sales ledger transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide support during the annual audit period and handle ad-hoc payments and reconciling ledgers.
