Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking a Property Partnerships Account Manager to lead a PRS and supported living portfolio during its reduction phase. You will establish systems, manage leasehold occupiers, and act as the main client contact to deliver a commercially focused partnership.

Hybrid role with travel to client meetings. The ideal candidate has PRS experience, strong financial reporting skills, and the ability to drive service improvements with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven PRS experience with property management leadership.
• Strong KPI reporting, P&L, and budget oversight.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building.
• Ability to lead complex projects and ensure compliance.
• ARLA or CIH qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance contract meetings and monthly reporting to clients.
• Be the main contact for key clients and escalations.
• Deliver monthly KPI reports and financial packs.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist with budgeting and onboarding of new contracts.
• Oversee revenue uplifts and monthly invoicing.
