Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a Property Partnerships Account Manager to lead the management of a Private Rented Sector (PRS) portfolio during its reduction phase. You will establish robust systems to ensure leasehold compliance and act as the main client contact to deliver a commercially focussed, ongoing partnership.

In this hybrid role with travel to client meetings, you will drive KPI and financial reporting, monitor revenue streams, and coordinate with the Partnerships team to improve services

Qualifications

• Proven PRS experience with exposure to leading operational property management or senior property management roles.
• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver KPI and financial reporting.
• Ensure contractual compliance while driving service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Present, lead and deliver performance contract meetings and monthly reporting packs.
• Act as main point of contact for a key client and coordinate with operations teams.
• Deliver monthly KPI reporting and finance packs (P&L/OPEX budgets) to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with internal budget setting with key clients under management.
• Oversee onboarding of new contracts and asset mobilisation.
• Monitor revenue streams and ensure uplifts are applied where due.
• Manage monthly invoicing across revenue streams and provide month-end commentary.
