Avaloq is seeking an experienced Solution Manager - Architect to join our London office. You will design, architect, and oversee the implementation of comprehensive banking solutions using the Avaloq platform, bridging business requirements with technical execution.

You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and ensure scalable, compliant solutions while staying aligned with client objectives and Avaloq updates.

Formación

• Proven track record with Avaloq platform implementation and configuration.
• Expertise in banking and financial services solution architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in system integration, APIs, and data management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, architect and oversee implementation of comprehensive Avaloq banking solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and designs.
• Lead solution projects with timely delivery and quality
• Collaborate with analysts, developers and QA to execute roadmaps.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship throughout the lifecycle.
• Conduct reviews to identify optimization opportunities and improvements.
• Communicate progress to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Document architectures and decisions for knowledge transfer.
• Stay updated with Avaloq updates and industry trends.
• Support pre-sales with technical insights and recommendations.
