Qualifications

• Ability to manage own workload and meet targets.
• A full valid driving licence is preferable; pool car available.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Property Management and attend team meetings.
• Carry out inspections on high-end rental properties in Central London.
• Stay up-to-date with renters rights legislation and implement new procedures.
• Manage maintenance contractors daily and strive to exceed targets.
• Conduct property inspections and handle tenant/landlord queries.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and compliance maintained.
• Provide training when needed.
