Job summary

Premier Estates is seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee an estates-only portfolio. This home-based role offers flexible site visits around the North and the option to work from the Macclesfield office.

You will liaise with residents, committees and contractors, manage service charges, arrange insurance, monitor expenditures and ensure site compliance. We value strong communication, planning, IT proficiency and the ability to work independently from home while delivering excellent

Qualifications

• Previous property management experience and a passion for exceptional service.
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work.
• Ability to work independently from home once trained.
• Strong communicator with clients, contractors and colleagues.
• Excellent team player.
• Proficient IT skills.
• Full UK driving license.
• TPI associate or working towards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, arrange, and monitor major repairs and maintenance.
• Arrange insurance cover and claims.
• Prepare service charge estimates and monitor collections.
• Audit accounts and monitor expenditure.
• Ensure compliance across sites.
• Perform weekly site visits.
• Lead site meetings.
