Job summary

Simpson Judge is seeking a Newly Qualified+ Solicitor with commercial property litigation experience to join its Land and Property Dispute Resolution team in the North West. The role offers exposure to high-quality work within a market-leading firm with flexible location options.

You will manage your own caseload with supervision, develop expertise in landlord and tenant disputes, and participate in business development to grow the team’s property litigation offering. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Commercial property litigation experience.
• Ability to manage a caseload with appropriate supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client facing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality legal advice and client service.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings and court documents.
• Liaise with Courts and other parties; instruct counsel and experts.
• Attend hearings and meetings; support senior fee earners on complex matters.
• Develop expertise across property litigation and contribute to team growth.
