Job summary

Simpson Judge in Lancashire is seeking a Newly Qualified+ Solicitor with commercial property litigation experience to join its Land and Property Dispute Resolution team. The role offers exposure to high-quality advisory and contentious work across a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property litigation.
• Proven ability to manage matters with supervision and deliver high-quality advice.
• Experience handling landlord and tenant, contractual disputes, and related real property matters.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality legal advice to clients in property disputes.
• Manage matters with appropriate supervision and keep accurate records.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings and court documents.
• Liaise with Courts, clients and counsel, and expert witnesses.
• Attend hearings, client meetings and collaborate with the team.
• Support senior fee earners on complex matters and develop expertise.
