Throughout the programme you’ll develop your technical knowledge, problem-solving capabilities and commercial understanding, with mentoring and structured development to support a long-term career in technology at ASDA.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of technology projects and initiatives
• Working with colleagues across Technology and the wider business
• Analysing technical and business challenges and helping to identify effective solutions
• Learning and applying new technologies, tools and ways of working
• Supporting the design, testing and implementation of technology solutions
• Contributing ideas and bringing fresh perspectives to the team
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across ASDA
• Supporting agile project teams to deliver business outcomes
• Using data and insight to support decision-making and continuous improvement
