Job summary

A privately-owned property investment company is seeking a qualified or finalist ACCA Accountant to join its finance team in Canary Wharf. Key responsibilities include preparing management accounts, dealing with intercompany reconciliations, and assisting with year-end audits. Ideal candidates will have experience in the property sector and knowledge of VAT and service charge accounting. This role offers a hybrid work model: 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Preparing management accounts from books of prime entry.
• Preparing accounting journals.
• Deal with intercompany reconciliations.
• Assisting with year end audit.
• Preparing / assisting with the preparation of bank covenant reports.
• Preparation of VAT returns.
