Job summary

World Class Defence Organisation is seeking a Project Support Analyst – Advanced Excel subcontractor on an initial 12 month contract, based in Bolton. The role requires experienced project support with Excel lookup and conditional formulas, Power Query and Power BI report maintenance, and familiarity with SAP materials management.

The position is a hybrid role with three days onsite per week, 37 hours per week, and overtime paid at time-and-a-quarter.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project support, ideally in engineering/manufacturing.
• Experience maintaining project KPIs and reporting.
• Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and report project KPIs.
• Act as an interface with Manufacturing to ensure delivery, quality and cost.
• Present information at internal reviews and meetings.
• Assist with Risk and Opportunity management.
• Assist in compiling Manufacturing estimates and Cost at Completions.
• Ass ist in workload forecasting and project programmes/schedules.
• Maintain interfaces with internal customers and external departments.
