Job summary

Primark is seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of technology initiatives across a key retail platform within a large-scale international retail environment. Based in Reading, this hybrid role combines hands-on leadership with ongoing collaboration across internal teams, external suppliers and business stakeholders.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risk and governance, and ensure delivery milestones are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in delivery management or related roles.
• Proven track record delivering tech solutions in complex environments.
• Experience in retail technology and understanding of retail systems.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or similar methods.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and multi-vendor delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior leadership engagement.
• Strong planning, facilitation, communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across a Digital & Customer Technology platform.
• Prioritise demand from multiple projects and product teams.
• Drive delivery with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure planning, governance, risk management, and execution.
• Build relationships with Product Owners, Architects, and leaders.
• Manage supplier performance in a multi-vendor environment.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams to meet programme objectives.
