Gentoo Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Transformation/PMO team on a fixed-term maternity cover.

The role delivers IT and business projects using Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid approaches, coordinating with Project Managers, Business Analysts and Test Specialists. The position is based at Gentoo's Sunderland head office with a 36-hour week, hybrid working, and a supportive environment.

Qualificações

• Degree qualified or equivalent; practitioner level cert or training preferred.
• Experience managing a range of complex IT and business projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid project approaches.

Responsabilidades

• Delivery of a portfolio of IT and business projects using Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid.
• Focus on Change and Transformation within the PMO.
• Project mobilisation: scoping, risk, governance, and resource planning.
• Manage cross-functional teams, track KPIs, and capture lessons learned.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality outcomes.
• Stakeholder management and clear, timely communications.
