Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is recruiting a Project Manager to join the Project Delivery Team on an 18-month fixed term contract. This is a full time, 35 hours per week role based at our Oldham office.

We offer hybrid working, blending office days with working from home. The role requires planning, leadership and delivery of multiple technical or business change projects, with strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to apply the most appropriate project methodology.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering projects across people, processes and technology.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with multiple project methodologies and selecting appropriate approach.
• Experience in matrix delivery teams and contracting third parties.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and deliver multiple technical or business change projects.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and governance across projects.
• Coordinate delivery teams and third-party vendors.
• Apply suitable project methodologies and track progress using MS Project and Office 365.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior stakeholders.
