Job summary

Cybit Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Manager to join our PMO. This hybrid role is based in Newcastle or Theale and focuses on the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of customer projects across cloud, infrastructure, networking, security and managed services.

You will be the main point of contact for customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery to high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end customer projects from initiation through to completion.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Experience creating and managing project documentation (plans, status updates, risk logs, governance reports).
• Ability to identify, manage and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to lead customer meetings and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of customer projects from initiation to completion.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs and reports.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party suppliers for delivery.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and regular progress reviews with customers.
• Manage budgets, schedules, scope and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Ensure clear communication among customers, technical teams and stakeholders.
• Support governance and adherence to delivery processes.
• Facilitate handovers to operational support teams.
• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout lifecycle.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure positive delivery experience.
