Job summary

Thames Water Shared Apprenticeship Scheme is recruiting a Project Manager Apprentice in East London, offering a rotating, site-inclusive experience with classroom learning. The apprenticeship blends office work and site visits to build practical project delivery skills.

With a focus on scheduling, risk management and stakeholder engagement, you will gain hands-on experience while completing a Level 4 Associate Project Manager course funded by K10 Apprenticeships.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, scheduling and coordinating project activities.
• Support projects throughout the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Monitor progress and report on milestones and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and records.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to support delivery.
• Assist with resource planning, budget monitoring and task allocation.
• Identify and elevate project risks and issues where appropriate.
• Support quality assurance, continuous improvement and lessons learned.
• Follow organisational policies, legislation and governance requirements.
