Leidos in Whiteley, Hampshire, is seeking a Project Manager for a Hybrid role with SC clearance to support its Air Traffic Management initiatives. You will work closely with the Programme Manager to deliver complex development projects that enhance safety and efficiency of air traffic systems in the UK and globally.

Based from the Whiteley office, you will develop robust project plans, monitor progress, manage risks and stakeholder engagements, and report to leadership while fostering strong

Qualificações

• Experience delivering projects or programmes in a structured environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and organisations.
• Good commercial and business awareness, including an understanding of project planning, finance, and resource management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems effectively.

• Develop and maintain robust project plans aligned to customer and business commitments.
• Monitor progress against agreed objectives, identifying and managing dependencies and challenges.

• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
