Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Project Manager to join our Air Traffic Management team, delivering critical programmes for our long-standing customer, NATS. Based from the Whiteley office in Hampshire, this hybrid role enables collaboration with Programme Leadership to advance safety and efficiency of UK air traffic control systems.

You will develop robust plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and report to stakeholders, while building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams

Qualifications

• Experience successfully delivering projects or programmes in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project activities to support successful programme delivery.
• Develop and maintain robust project plans aligned to customer and business commitments.
• Monitor progress against agreed objectives, identifying and managing dependencies and challenges.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, opportunities, and mitigation plans.
• Provide clear and timely project reporting to programme leadership and key stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
