Job summary

Leidos Innovations UK Ltd is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to drive governance, delivery oversight, planning, reporting and continuous improvement on a complex aviation programme from the Whiteley, Hampshire area. You will lead a team of Project Managers and ensure effective control of performance, risks, dependencies, schedules and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Experience leading PMO activities within complex programmes or projects.
Strong governance, reporting, planning, risk management, dependencies, and change control.
Experience working in regulated or complex delivery environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Leadership experience managing or developing project and programme teams.
Commercial awareness within contractual frameworks.
Familiarity with PMO reporting systems and methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the PMO function across multiple workstreams.
Own programme governance, reporting, planning, risk, dependency, and change management processes.
Provide meaningful insights and dashboards to support decision-making.
Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers.
Drive consistency, quality, and continuous improvement across programme delivery.
Support financial, schedule, and performance management activities.
Build strong relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
