Job summary

KBR is seeking a Planner to develop and coordinate project plans and schedules for major civil and infrastructure projects. You will work with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include creating detailed plans, identifying risks, and communicating progress to senior management. Hybrid/office-based role with possible remote work, SC Clearance required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of civil and infrastructure project aspects.
• Experience with CPM networks, resource loading, and risk management.
• Ability to monitor progress and recommend corrective actions.
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring activities are defined and controlled.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify risks and contingency plans.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders including senior management.
• Ensure deadlines and budgets are met for project delivery.
• Provide guidance to teams to align with policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and update plans as required.
• Participate in project reviews and drive process improvement.
