Job summary

Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG in Bristol is seeking a Project Controller to oversee the control and delivery of smaller, lower complexity projects within a managed portfolio. You will monitor status, variances and KPIs, reporting to project sponsors and managers in line with the project plan.

The role requires a degree or equivalent experience, membership in a professional body, and progression towards APMP/PMI qualifications.

Qualifications

Degree level qualification preferable or equivalent industry experience.
Member of a professional body and working towards a APMP qualification or equivalent.
At least 1 year experience in a relevant discipline, preferably on project work.
Working towards APMP / PMI qualification or equivalent.
Experience in the development and/or implementation of project management processes and lifecycle, and a good knowledge of the project control processes.

Responsibilities

Deliver control and reporting for smaller, lower complexity projects or aspects of project portfolios.
Report the status of projects/portfolios in line with the project management plan.
Manage and report variances to baseline and KPIs.
Review data, identify trends, highlight anomalies, propose corrective action.
Ensure controls are implemented per procedures to achieve success criteria.
Provide accurate reporting to stakeholders within defined timescales.
