Job summary

Bimplus in Newcastle is seeking a Project Architect to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will run and manage projects independently across education, high-rise residential and commercial schemes, coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

Proficiency in Revit is essential for delivering design development and technical documentation to a high standard. The role offers a supportive environment with opportunities for progression to Senior and Associate levels, a hybrid working

Qualifications

• ARB or RIBA registration required.
• Ability to run own projects and manage multiple schemes.
• Strong design and technical detailing skills.
• Progressive and motivated with leadership potential.
• Must live within commuting distance of Newcastle.
• Experience on education/high-rise and commercial projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage projects independently.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members where applicable.
• Work across all RIBA stages.
• Prepare tender applications and presentations.
• Resolve issues that arise during construction.
• Liaise with clients and develop key relationships.
