Job summary

AJM Healthcare is seeking a Programme Manager to lead the delivery of strategic programmes, projects and business changes across the organisation. You will coordinate workstreams, govern projects, manage risks and ensure benefits are realised while delivering on time and within budget.

The role requires hybrid working with travel to sites as required, with an immediate start date and a positive, proactive, delivery-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Recognised programme or project management qualification, such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, MSP Foundation or equivalent.
• Significant experience delivering complex programmes, projects or business change initiatives.
• Strong programme and project management capability.
