Job summary

Southern Water is seeking a Programme Manager in the Kent Region with hybrid/flexible working and a requirement to visit Falmer or sites ~3 days a week. Salary starts from £77k and 37 hours per week, permanent contract.

You will plan, manage and oversee Capital Delivery Programmes, ensuring delivery on time and within budget, while coordinating internal and external stakeholders and driving safety leadership across programmes.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in a utility programme and project delivery environment.
• Experience delivering major projects/programmes and/or senior business/operational management roles.
• NEC4 Project Management Accreditation or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight of assigned Capital Delivery Programmes.
• Ensure programmes meet schedule and budget parameters.
• Lead, coach and manage internal teams and Delivery Partners; ensure governance and assurance per PMO processes.
• Drive safety leadership and embedding of company values across programmes.
