Job summary

South East Water is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of clean water infrastructure projects, from inception to handover. You will manage NEC3/NEC4 ECC contracts, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure time, cost and quality targets are met across sites in the South East Water supply area.

The role requires strong contract, risk and stakeholder management, with flexible hybrid working (office/home) and regular site travel as required.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil/structural engineering or construction management.
• NEC Accreditation: NEC3/NEC4 ECC accreditation or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure for clean water infrastructure projects.
• Lead contract administration and NEC-focused activities including early warnings, compensation events and final accounts.
• Ensure compliance with NEC procedures and contractual requirements by all parties.
• Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, budgets and risk registers; communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Oversee health, safety and environmental compliance and CDM regulations.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relations to deliver projects on time and within budget.
