Job summary

Deutsche Bank is recruiting for a Programme & Change Execution Manager in the UK. The role sits within the Central Programme Management team and focuses on delivery planning, governance reporting, and stakeholder coordination across business, infrastructure and technology.

The role requires strong portfolio management experience, end-to-end delivery in large-scale technology projects within banking, and an ability to lead a small PMO/portfolio team.

Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio management and oversight for a complex set of programmes and projects.
• Support Program Leads to develop detailed delivery plans and execution approach.
• Track delivery milestones, spend and benefits delivery for effective delivery assurance.
• Set up and run processes to enhance delivery success and coordinate governance updates.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and mitigating actions across programmes.
