Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd. is seeking a Productivity Manager to lead operational efficiency across our estate. You will work with senior leaders to optimise processes, improve productivity and support delivery of strategic priorities.

You will develop productivity plans, drive measurable improvements, and use data to identify opportunities. A hybrid working model is in place with a minimum of 3 days per week in a Home Office environment.

Qualifications

Strong operational or retail leadership experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
Experience translating data into practical actions and results.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence across different teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver productivity plans that drive measurable business improvements.
Improve operational performance, service levels and cost efficiency.
Use data and insight to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
Collaborate with store and central teams to remove barriers and ensure successful delivery of change.
