Job summary

ASDA is seeking a Productivity Manager to lead operational efficiency across the estate. You will partner with senior leaders to optimise processes, drive productivity, and support delivery of strategic priorities.

You will develop productivity plans, translate data into practical actions, and monitor impact while balancing multiple priorities in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading productivity or improvement initiatives in retail or similar fast-paced environments.
• Strong data analysis and evidence-based decision making to drive actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication across senior leadership.

We're looking for a Productivity Manager to lead operational efficiency across our estate. You'll work with senior leaders and key stakeholders to optimise processes, improve productivity and support the delivery of strategic business priorities.
