Oak Furnitureland in Swindon is seeking a talented Product Owner to lead vision, roadmap and delivery of our product portfolio. You’ll be the voice of the customer, aligning stakeholders and delivery teams to drive measurable value.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup with 2 days in the Swindon office and 3 days remote, shaping backlog, prioritising features, and refining requirements with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Strong stakeholder management with concise communication.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate product vision, objectives and success measures.
• Align product goals with wider business strategy.
• Refine the roadmap based on feedback and market trends.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders, customers and delivery teams.
• Maintain a clear, prioritized backlog with story-level details.
• Translate objectives into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with design, development and operations to deliver outcomes.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery.
