Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping tech products in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS vendors with configurations and custom code.
• Strong Agile methodologies leadership in cross-functional squads.
• Data-driven and tech-literate; able to work with data analytics and engineering teams.
• Excellent communicator who can align teams without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of cabin-facing tools and enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Shape the vision, roadmap, and execution for cabin decision-support tools.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, data specialists, and delivery experts.
• Drive products from discovery to delivery, adoption, and continuous optimization.
• Balance SaaS and custom builds while navigating vendor roadmaps and constraints.
• Collaborate with Cabin Operations, Safety, Retail, and Crew Device platform teams to uphold safety and drive efficiency.
