Qualifications

• Experience delivering procurement projects across multiple councils and frameworks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong inter-personal and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a programme of procurements, including large-scale contracts, open tenders and mini-competitions through framework agreements.
• Manage procurement processes from planning through to contract award and implementation.
• Develop tender documentation and evaluation criteria.
• Undertake market and supplier analysis to inform procurement activity.
• Deliver training across the councils.
