Job summary

Co-op Legal Services is hiring a Probate Solicitor to join our growing probate team in the UK. You’ll manage a varied caseload from start to finish using our case management system and AI-enabled processes, with a client-focused approach to targets.

The role offers hybrid working between home and offices in Manchester, Sheffield, Bristol or Stratford upon Avon, with flexible hours (37.5 per week or part-time).

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with probate experience.
• Ability to manage caseloads end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
• Client-focused mindset with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own caseload of probate cases variabing in complexity end to end.
• Use case management system to record information accurately.
• Engage with clients mainly by telephone and email.
• Collaborate with team to develop legal skills; mentoring junior members.
• Apply legal knowledge to support continuous improvement and AI-enabled processes.
