Bristol City Council is seeking a Team Leader to guide a team of Senior/Housing Officers in the Private Housing Licence Processing & Advice and Support Unit. You will lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver high-quality licensing services and strong customer service.

The role involves supervising frontline officers, managing license applications, and contributing to the expansion of licensing schemes while ensuring service delivery standards are met.

Formación

• Experience supervising frontline housing officers.
• Ability to manage a processing unit for property licences.
• Strong customer service and service delivery focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Senior/Housing Officers within the Private Housing Licence Processing & Advice and Support Unit.
• Motivate a team with a positive attitude and passion to ensure great customer service and service delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to the team and oversee the property licence application processing.
• Manage and supervise the area of the service's property licence application processing and ensure effective delivery.
