Job summary

mfg Solicitors LLP in England seeks an Associate or Senior Associate Private Client solicitor (5+ PQE). The role is based in Kidderminster with potential hybrid work from other offices across the region.

You will manage Private Client matters including LPAs, wills, estate administration and trusts, while contributing to business development. After probation, two days from home is available to suit client needs.

Qualifications

• You will be a qualified Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least five years’ PQE.
• Full driving licence is required.
• Experience with LPA’s, wills, estate administration, creation of trusts.
• Ability to support marketing and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of Private Client matters commensurate to experience.
• Support with business development activities and client relationships.
• Adhere to Law Society and firm guidelines, GDPR and SRA rules.
• Collaborate with Partners and other team members across offices.
