Morgan LaRoche Solicitors, a growing commercial law firm, seeks a Solicitor for its Private Client team in Swansea. The role is full-time, client-facing from day one, with supervision and structured development.

You will handle varied private client matters and contribute to business development and thought leadership. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years PQE in Private Client, with experience in wills, probate, LPAs, and trusts, and will join a supportive, inclusive culture with

• Qualified solicitor with Private Client expertise including wills, probate, LPAs.
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent client care and ability to manage deadlines in a busy environment.
• Team-oriented and able to contribute to business development and thought leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on wills, last wishes, and codicils; LPAs and Court of Protection applications.
• Handle estate administration, probate applications, and tax reporting.
• Manage trusts, lifetime and succession planning, cross-border issues.
• Assist with business development, seminars, and client relationship initiatives.
