A well-established commercial law firm in Swansea is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to manage a varied caseload and provide high-quality client service. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Private Client law, with strong drafting, communication skills, and an empathetic manner. Qualifications

• 2+ years’ PQE in Private Client, or newly qualified with strong private client seat/paralegal experience.
• Solid experience in wills, probate, and LPAs; exposure to trusts and tax is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage varied caseload covering full spectrum of private client matters.
• Draft wills, codicils, and letters of wishes.
• Prepare LPAs and handle Court of Protection applications.
• Administer estates, probate applications, and inheritance tax reporting.
• Create trusts and manage related tax considerations.
• Advise on domicile, residence, and cross-border succession issues.
