Job summary

Kerv is hiring a Principal Project Manager to lead large, complex customer projects across Genesys Cloud and CCaaS ecosystems. This senior, client-facing role spans from sales handover to go-live and support transition, with end-to-end accountability and governance.

You will drive delivery standards, coach teams and oversee budgets, risks and milestones. The role requires hybrid working with attendance at Richmond (TW9) and travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, customer-facing technology or transformation projects.
• Owns governance, planning and reporting across engagements.
• Strong commercial understanding including budgets and contracts.
• Experience with complex stakeholder ecosystems.
• Genesys Cloud or CCaaS projects desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead handover from sales into delivery and confirm scope and acceptance criteria.
• Establish delivery approach, governance, reporting cadence and ways of working.
• Lead kickoff, discovery and planning to translate requirements into a delivery plan.
• Coordinate internal teams, partners and stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
• Own senior stakeholder communication, status and financial reporting.
• Maintain RAID, change control and ensure alignment with the delivery plan and commercial position.
• Lead readiness, go-live and early-life support transitions.
• Coach junior project managers and drive delivery standards.
• Support pre-sales and mobilization with senior leadership input.
