The role requires hands-on building and testing of scalable data pipelines, close collaboration with client teams, and delivering data engineering solutions for CRM decisioning, customer eligibility, consent management, and activation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Hands-on experience owning pipeline architecture, orchestration, and production readiness.
• Experience building, testing, and maintaining data pipelines.
• Experience working with client teams to deliver data solutions.
• Knowledge of CRM decisioning, customer eligibility, consent, and activation processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end pipeline architecture, orchestration, and production readiness.
• Design, build, develop, and test scalable data pipelines.
• Work closely with client teams to understand requirements and deliver effective data engineering solutions.
• Manage pipeline workflows, dependencies, data quality, and production deployments.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and strict adherence to project timelines.
• Support CRM decisioning, customer eligibility, consent management, and customer activation.
• Develop and optimise data pipelines using SQL, Python, Spark, and Databricks.
• Contribute to dimensional modelling and data-product modelling.
